The real path

From 0 to FLOWER

This is how the Growth Path works inside the real StandX Discord. The game trains you for it — EP here is practice; the real score lives in Discord.

    Step 1

    Join Discord & claim the Events role

    First move after joining: claim the Events role so every new event pings you. Without it, you miss opportunities.

    Step 2

    Accumulate Engage Points

    Events, social campaigns, content creation, daily activity and real community participation all add up.

  3. 3

    Step 3

    Hit 3,000 EP and apply for SEED

    Not automatic — the team manually reviews your account to verify you're a real contributor, not a bot. Rejected? You can reapply in 2 weeks.

    Step 4

    Choose your squad

    Creative, Offline, Tech, Outreach or Content. Pick what you're actually skilled at — not what looks easiest.

  5. 5

    Step 5

    Complete squad missions → SPROUT

    Maintain 4,000+ EP, hit your squad's milestones, stay consistently active and earn moderator approval. Every contribution is tracked on a Notion board.

    Step 6

    FLOWER — prove leadership

    There is no public checklist. SEED proves activity, SPROUT proves contribution, FLOWER proves leadership. Very few will reach it.

No FLOWER has been selected yet. The seat is open — that scarcity is exactly what makes it valuable.
